Responsibilities :

  • Be a customer champion, resolving issues and answering questions about Springworks’ products via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Educate customers on product features and functionality, empowering them to make the most of our offerings.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Be solution-oriented and consultative in your approach and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Create support documentation to templatize common and recurring questions.
  • Help Customer Success Managers with account-level tasks including updating customer financial information, name changes, and GST changes, and also informing other internal teams of any escalated issues.

Your First Month As a Support Superhero:

  • Weeks 1 & 2: Learn the ropes of our communication style and the power tools we use to keep everyone connected. Get familiar with our products, tackling 10 customer inquiries daily.
  • Weeks 3 & 4: Delve deeper into insufficiency tracking and aim to close 30 tickets per day. Gain a solid understanding of support operations and work towards closing 50 tickets daily.
