Responsibilities for Genpact Position :

1. Develop, maintain and execute Functional test scripts as per the test plan
2. Understand the functionality of test cases, test plans and End to End test cases

Qualification and Eligibility for Genpact Position :

• BS/BE/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent
• Understanding of both Waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies
•  Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design
• Good business analysis skills as needed for a good tester
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com testing or other Saas applications 
• Understanding of coding enterprise applications within Java, PHP, and other languages 
• Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities, and be able to manage time with multitasking
•  Assertive communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction, able to participate and be a productive team member
