Roles and Responsibilities:

• Exhibits working knowledge of complaint handling procedures adequate to understand when to escalate matters and to whom. Shows basic awareness of the client business and key processes to relate own area of work to client.
• Shows working knowledge of team management IBPO business/operations process and tools like ALCON, PBS, KM [LITE , Performagic , Mantra etc in order to manage eams and projects and provide inputs for system changes.
• Shows awareness of staffing management principles and has the ability to implement when needed. Shows awareness of planning and prioritizing principles to understand the impact of effective scheduling on deliverables.
• Demonstrates thorough grasp of quality procedures and techniques (audit plans/ process improvement projects etc.) needed to deliver consistent process performance in the given area of work.
• Shows working knowledge of the various reporting requirements (templates/ equency etc) sufficient to generate accurate reports and highlight issues, train team members and proactively identify and communicate risks in meeting.
